This task requires you to develop an Implementation Plan for the cloud computing solution recommended in your Business Case in Assessment 1. You are also required to demonstrate implementing part of this plan through providing a training and support session to a small group within the organisation.
1. Implementation Plan
Once you have obtained organisational approval, (satisfactory result to Assessment 1), you are then to create an implementation plan, which can take any professional format but must include the following:
- Goals and Objectives: Short term priorities & Longer term priorities
- Schedule of steps, activities and milestones
- Specialist advice and support
- Finalise the budget for the upgrade
- Resources required?
- Stakeholders – Who will need to be have the responsibilities for changes?
- Communication strategy – how will the key features of the solution and implementation plan be shared with the staff?
- Evaluation
o How will the implementation be evaluated?
o What will the key performance indicators be?
o When will the new system be reviewed?

2. Training
Develop a training plan and identify who is to be trained and in what order will they be trained? What is the timing of the training? Will the specialist be involved in the training? (Consider the operational needs of the business need to be taken into consideration for this training)
3. Demonstration:
The 2-3 minute snapshot of part of a training session must be observed by your Assessor. This can be achieved videoing 2-3 minutes of the training with colleagues or other responsible persons playing the roles of the employees. (One example could be explaining what two-factor authentication is and why and how this may work).
During this activity you will be demonstrating the following skills:

- Use of technology and word processing software
- Professional presentation – spelling, grammar, formatting, header, footer
- Clear, industry relevant language and terminology

- Storing, security and uploading/submitting
