The site is approximately 3 km from Melbourne’s CBD and is easily accessible to City Link and the Tullamarine Freeway. The site:
• Has an established public transport network;
• Is adjacent to Royal Park;
• Is in close proximity to major hospitals;
• Is easily accessible to the light industrial developments in the western suburbs; and
• Is accessible to the major regional centres of Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo.
The area hosts a multicultural community with demographic spanning the spectrum ranging from a matured population, young professionals to growing families.
Your firm has been engaged by a potential developer to carry out a Feasibility Study for a potential project, analysing all aspects of the development. The client is interested in maximising the potential for the site which will mean the final mixed use large scale development will need to be a high-rise building.
It is the expectation that the final report will provide the client with strategic advice and clear recommendations and justifications to deliver the project. This should include an assessment of risk and ensuring value for money across the proposed development.
