These natural conditions, which change enormously all through Nepal, have added to various examples of irrigation patterns. The farmers use local factors to know changes in environment and adapt according to changes. The farmers irrigation system in Nepal which is otherwise called FMIS are more resilience to environmental change than irrigation system built by organizations. For instance, According to Ministry of science, technology and environment, the Argali and Sorah-chattis irrigation system were more versatile and flexibility to environmental change than of water system framework made by organizations in Bhaktapur and Jumla .
