• The key legal issues for determination;
• A summary of the analysis of the law and the principles of law applied in the judgment;
• The final outcome and the orders made by the court.
2. Write a critical analysis of the decision. You should consider the following questions:
• From a public policy perspective, do you think the court arrived at the right outcome? Why/why not?
