Part A: Literature review on HRIS .
Read ch 3 of your textbook on HRIS. Summarise main points. Also find journal minimum 4 journal articles on theories on HRIS. Use Google Scholar. com (will be taught in class wk 3).
All articles have to be between 2015-2020. Download at 4 journal articles, save e-copy, read and summarize the main points what the author is saying. DO NOT COPY. WRITE IN YOUR OWN WORDS. PROVIDE REFERENCES.
Part B: Practical work: Critically analyse HRIS in an organisation in your country
1. Examine company document review, policies of HRIS,,etc.
2. Design 3 separate questionnaires and use this to do interviews of:
a. HRM manager/officer (sample 1-2)
b. Supervisors (sample 2)
c. Employees (minimum 5 employees)
