Propose ways in which the issue of inequality can be addressed in Australia. Change proposals are formal documents that aim at creating change at the service level or funding activities, or cause change in agency operations. It takes a report format and encourages critical reflection on the purpose of addressing the issue in question, an understanding of the scope of your proposed change, and any likely hindrances in executing the proposed change. A local, state, national or global issue can be chosen to be addressed in your change proposal. Think of ways in which you could make a difference and assess the viability of your Change Proposal in the current socio-political context.
NB: The Change Proposal should specify:
1. the issue in need of change; and
2. the way it should be changed; and
3. the expected benefits the change will bring; and
4. the strengths and weaknesses of your change proposal.

• Assessment of feasibility, demonstrating an understanding of the concept of feasibility and how it applies to the viability or sustainability of your Change Proposal.
